The more time, the better. For full itinerary planning, we ask for a minimum of 90 days’ notice to deliver the level of detail and service our clients expect. Keep in mind that popular destinations—like European summer vacations and African safaris—often book up 9 to 15 months in advance. Early planning means better availability, better rates, and first pick of the best experiences.

Yes, while you travel, you will always have access to an agent. We also have an emergency line when you purchase travelers insurance that can help with anything.
